Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis. This includes managing administrative staff, coordinating office procedures, overseeing budgets and supplies, maintaining office systems, and supporting senior leadership with logistical and operational needs. The Office Manager plays a key role in creating a productive and organized workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations and administrative staff.
- Maintain office efficiency by implementing and improving procedures, policies, and systems.
- Manage office supplies inventory, order materials, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Serve as the point of contact for office vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Support onboarding and training of new staff members.
- Manage office budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Assist with payroll, HR records, and employee engagement initiatives, as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Office Management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Concur is a nice to have.
- Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate).
