O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable medical clinic to find their next Office Manager. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will have strong office management experience, an HR background, bookkeeping experience, QuickBooks knowledge, and the ability to take initiative and learn quickly.

Office Manager Compensation:
• $23 - $33 per hour

Office Manager Qualifications:
• Previous office management experience REQUIRED
• HR background REQUIRED
• Bookkeeping experience REQUIRED
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to understand new processes quickly
• Self-motivated, dependable, and a go-getter attitude

Office Manager Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Contact insurance companies and assist with contract-related tasks
• Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks
• Support HR-related functions as needed
• Communicate professionally with staff, patients, insurance companies, and outside contacts
• Maintain organization and efficiency within the office
