Position Summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to support administrative operations in our Louisiana location. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth office functions, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient workflows.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and office operations

• Support onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks

• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation compliance

• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications

• Assist with payroll support and timekeeping processes

• Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility needs

• Serve as a point of contact for staff and leadership



Qualifications

• 2+ years of office management or administrative experience

• Experience in healthcare or human services preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (iSolved preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
