Client Overview:
Our client is a boutique investment firm dedicated to identifying high-quality investment opportunities and delivering long-term value for its clients and partners. The firm focuses on disciplined research, strategic asset allocation, and risk-conscious investment management across a range of markets. They are now looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team and serve as the front-facing individual for the firm.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$38/hr

Position Overview:
The Office Manager oversees daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively. This role is responsible for coordinating office procedures, managing supplies and vendor relationships, and supporting staff with organizational and administrative needs across the firm.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly by coordinating administrative activities and maintaining an organized work environment.
  • Supervise administrative employees, assign tasks, provide support, and help maintain productivity within the team.
  • Order supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
  • Organize company files, records, and important documents while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Required Experience/Skills for the Office Manager:
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a professional office environment, with previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take personal ownership of assigned tasks; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all employees and external vendors.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Office Manager:
  • Exposure to the investment industry is a plus.
  • Ability to come in early and stay late for meetings as needed.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
