Salary/Hourly Rate:
$32/hr - $40/hr DOE

Position Overview:
The Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the design showroom, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional client experience. This role manages administrative functions, coordinates staff, and supports the Sales and Design teams.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
  • Manage showroom operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and showroom events.
  • Oversee inventory and order supplies.
  • Support the Sales and Design teams with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and review operational reports.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Implement procedural improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Required Experience/Skills for the Office Manager:
  • 2+ years in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.
  • Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
  • Experience managing records and information.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Office Manager:
  • Experience in a design showroom or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP and accounting software.
  • Background in supporting Sales or Design teams.
  • Inherent interest in the arts, architecture, design, or similar.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A concentration in Art/Design is preferred.
