Office Manager

About the role

We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Office Manager to be a key player in our business operations. You'll oversee basic HR and accounting and front-office functions. If you thrive on variety and take pride in keeping things running without being asked twice, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, keeping administrative functions running smoothly across a fast-paced shop environment
• Support HR functions including onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and benefits administration
• Assist with basic accounting tasks
• Serve as the first point of contact for calls, visitors, and general inquiries, representing the company professionally

Experience

Required:

• Comfortable wearing many hats and switching contexts throughout the day
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a self-starter mindset

Preferred:

• Prior experience in an office management role
• Exposure to a manufacturing environment
