Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily front office operations and staff scheduling
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive client experience
Assist with client consultations and recommend skincare products and treatments

Handle appointment booking, confirmations, and follow-ups
Maintain inventory of skincare products and supplies
Drive retail sales through product knowledge and client education
