Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating HVAC service calls
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
• Handle invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping using industry or accounting software
• Maintain and organize customer records, service agreements, and job files
• Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion
• Order and track office and field supplies, equipment, and inventory

Requirements:

• 2+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or a related trade industry
• Service Titan experience required
