Responsibilities of an Office Manager: 

     Overseeing employees to ensure they submit paperwork in a timely manner.
     Occasionally answering calls and emails from customers and vendors and directing them to relevant staff if needed
     Monitoring and ordering inventory
     Previous basic accounting experience including A/P and A/R 
     Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a professional image and demeanor
     Maintains and controls the paper flow of work orders, time sheets, time cards, and personnel records
     Assumes responsibility for all office-related tasks
     Support the Management Team in daily administrative functions
     Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
     Ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation
     Assist owner with other tasks as needed

Requirements:
 
     High school diploma
     Proven experience as an Office manager or Administrative assistant
     Experience in Restoration is preferred
     Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
     Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     Experience in trade shows, event planning or community outreach.

Schedule: Full-time, this is an in office position however a hybrid schedule will be considered for the right candidate, Monday-Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience
