Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Bay City agency to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, including opening & closing the locaiton.
Manage agency records, including client files, policy information, and financial data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, for the agency team.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Preparing customer documents, processing policy changes, generating quotes, and processing insurance policy applications.
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members alike.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and ask part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Property & Casualty License required. Life License preferred.
