About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting on behalf of Multiscape Inc., a growing General & Concrete Contractor serving the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and surrounding areas. Established in 1997, Multiscape has expanded into municipal and commercial contracting, working with clients such as PennDOT and regional developers.
We are seeking an Office Manager / Controller to take ownership of administrative and financial operations that keep projects running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do
You will serve as the central hub for financial operations, contracts, and office coordination:
Financial & Contract Operations
- Manage contracts, invoicing, billing, and accounts payable
- Maintain accurate financial records and job cost tracking
- Monitor subcontractor payments and follow up as needed
- Assist with preparing bids, proposals, and supporting documents
- Enter and manage transactions in QuickBooks Desktop
Office & Administrative Support
- Coordinate communication between staff, vendors, and subcontractors
- Respond to phone, email, and customer inquiries
- Maintain filing systems and compliance documentation
- Support project managers and leadership with administrative tasks

Required Experience:
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in office management, bookkeeping, construction administration, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Desktop
- High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Construction industry experience is a plus (not required)
