MMC Contracting supports commercial/industrial remodeling across Georgia & Alabama, and we need an organized, dependable admin pro to help keep the office running smoothly as we grow.
You'll handle the day-to-day office/admin needs: HR coordination, basic bookkeeping support, document management, and be the right-hand support for operations and leadership. This is a multi-function in-office role supporting office operations, employee administration, and basic accounting processes.
Key responsibilities
Support HR admin: onboarding paperwork, files, basic compliance tracking
Assist with bookkeeping/admin: invoices, check processing, AP/AR support
Handle communications, scheduling, document sending, and follow-ups
Support project paperwork flow (submittals/closeout docs as needed)
Qualifications
1 or more years in construction admin, office management, or similar
Comfortable with Excel + Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Organized, discreet, and high follow-through
Bookkeeping/AP/AR experience is a strong plus
Professional communicator (phone/email/document handling)
Familiarity with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or comparable platforms is highly preferred.
Compensation & benefits
Full-time, W-2 Position
Starting salary: $30,000 to $35,000 per year, depending on experience
