The Office Manager (OM) will assist the Executive Director, leadership and field management with day to day tasks. The OM should be an excellent communicator who's able to network and build strong relationships with internal and external entities.The OM promotes Sunny Days mission and vision in all interactions throughout daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for phone calls.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
• Maintain and update office records, documents, and files.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
• Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Support various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
