Overview
Englewood Health is seeking an experienced, hands-on Office Manager to lead operations across a growing multispecialty practice. This role oversees 14 providers and 16 staff members across five locations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and patient-focused daily operations.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk position—the right candidate is visible, proactive, and leads from the front.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple outpatient practice locations
Lead, coach, and support clinical and administrative staff
Ensure consistent workflows, policies, and patient experience across all sites
Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage to meet operational needs
Monitor and improve front and back office efficiency
Partner with providers and leadership on growth and operational improvements
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards
Address patient concerns and resolve escalated issues professionally
Track performance metrics and implement process improvements
Travel Expectations
Weekly visits: Belleville, East Orange, West Orange, Jersey City
Monthly visit: Englewood Cliffs
Qualifications
3+ years of healthcare office or multisite practice management experience preferred
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
Experience in multispecialty or high-volume practices a plus
Knowledge of Epic Systems (EPIC) preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate independently while aligning with organizational goals
