Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy dental practice. This role requires a strong leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a high-performing, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a productive, efficient provider schedule with minimal gaps
- Verify dental insurance, manage benefits, and ensure accurate patient estimates
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, collections, and follow-up on outstanding balances
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including scheduling, production, and collections
- Utilize Dentrix to manage patient records, schedules, billing, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with office policies, HIPAA, and company standards
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous dental office management or supervisory experience required (2+ years)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
- Experience with insurance verification, AR, and financial reporting
- Proficiency with Dentrix
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset
