Description
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage receptionist desk and greeting in-office visitors
- Supervise contractor administrative staff and provide necessary training and support.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files and records.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Maintain the office and conference room appearance.
