Forged Fiber is about more than building a network—it's about people. Every role matters. Every contribution counts. The Role

We are seeking an organized and resourceful Office Manager and Executive Assistant to support Forged Fiber's Dallas HQ-based corporate functions, including the Legal Department, Human Resources, Labor, Finance, Procurement, Strategy, and other teams. This role provides day-to-day administrative support to these teams as a primary function while also managing office operations. This is a highly visible role for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, works autonomously, and serves as a key operational partner to the company’s senior leaders.

What You'll Do

As an Office Manager and Executive Assistant who supports Corporate Functions, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Dallas headquarters office and supporting its leaders. You’ll manage complex calendars and competing priorities, anticipate needs, and deliver high-quality support with minimal supervision.

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Office Operations and Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Dallas office operations, including receiving, sorting, and directing incoming mail and packages, preparing and sending outgoing correspondence, ordering office supplies, and coordinating with building management and vendors.
  • Calendar Support: Efficiently and effectively manage leadership calendars, helping to prioritize competing priorities and requests.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, catering arrangements, and preparation of meeting materials and agendas.
  • Travel and Expense Administration: Arrange travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and process and reconcile expense reports in accordance with company policy.
  • Document and Records Support: Assist with organizing and maintaining corporate records, legal files, and contract databases. Support document production, filing, and other tasks that contribute to the Company’s operational effectiveness. In a small company, flexibility to assist with additional tasks such as project management, document review, and vendor coordination is valued.
  • General Corporate Support: Provide broad-based administrative support to Dallas-based corporate functions as needed, including assisting with onboarding logistics for new hires, coordinating with IT and facilities, supporting company-wide events, and serving as a reliable operational resource across departments.

About You

You are a proactive, highly organized professional with a proven ability to manage leadership schedules, juggle multiple priorities, and keep an office running efficiently. You take pride in anticipating needs, paying close attention to detail, and providing seamless support across functions.

You bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, legal secretary, or senior administrative professional, preferably supporting a variety of corporate functions, including legal functions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and process expense reports accurately and efficiently
  • Experience handling incoming and outgoing mail, office supply management, and general office operations
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with AI and other technology platforms such as document and matter management systems
  • Experience managing calendars and meeting logistics, including preparation of materials and coordination of schedules, is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
