Office Manager / Administrative Assistant - Quincy, MA | Hybrid | $90k - $120k
We are partnering with a Boston-area alternative investment firm to find an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to support its growing team. You'll work closely with senior leadership while helping oversee the day-to-day operations of a collaborative and entrepreneurial office in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing day-to-day office operations, supplies, and conference room coordination
• Greeting clients and visitors while ensuring a professional office environment
• Supporting senior leadership with administrative projects and scheduling
• Assisting with vendor management, accounts payable, HR administration, and company events
• Coordinating office technology and assisting with basic IT-related needs
• Helping drive a positive employee and client experience across the organization
• 2–5 years of experience supporting an investment management, hedge fund, private equity, or financial services firm
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (AI familiarity is a plus)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• A proactive, team-first attitude with exceptional attention to detail
