Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized and professional individual to take on a Full-Time Office Manager / Administrative Assistant role. This position supports daily office operations within a busy real estate-focused environment, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and excellent client service.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with client interaction. If you enjoy keeping operations organized, supporting a team, and working in a fast-paced office setting, this role offers stability and growth.

Duties:
• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist clients professionally.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
• Assist with real estate transactions, paperwork, and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
• Support marketing efforts including listings, materials, and communications.
• Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects and transactions.
• Coordinate with agents, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure organizational efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.
• Technology skills: Microsoft Office, email platforms, and ability to learn real estate software systems.
• Previous administrative or office management experience preferred.
• Real estate license preferred, but not required.

Pay:
$25.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday - Friday, standard business hours
