Autism Center of Excellence is hiring an Office Manager for our Fayetteville, NC clinic.
This is not an entry-level administrative position. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional leader who understands the pace, structure, and operational demands of an ABA clinic environment.
Prior experience working within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is strongly preferred and will be heavily considered during the hiring process.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the clinic and plays a critical role in supporting client services, scheduling, intake coordination, staff communication, and overall clinic organization. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, communicates professionally, solves problems independently, and genuinely enjoys helping teams and families succeed.
This is an excellent long-term growth opportunity for someone seeking to grow within a stable and expanding ABA organization.
