Job Description

Jarrett Ford Charlotte County is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our dealership's accounting, administrative operations, and leadership support. This position will work closely with the General Manager, Office Manager, Sales/Service Managers, and other department leaders to ensure the smooth daily operation of the dealership. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and dealership leadership team.
  • Assist with processing and organizing accounting documents, invoices, and vendor statements.
  • Maintain dealership files and records in accordance with company and manufacturer requirements.
  • Assist with title, registration, and vehicle documentation processes.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as assigned.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate ordering.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and employee record maintenance.
  • Coordinate incoming mail, dealership correspondence, and document distribution.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with dealership licensing, compliance documentation, and audit preparation.
  • Support customer service initiatives and help resolve administrative customer concerns.
  • Coordinate special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide backup support for various office functions during vacations, absences, or peak workload periods.
