Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).
Key Responsibilities:
Meets and greets all visitors in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner.
Assists with guest inquiries, answers incoming telephone calls, forward calls to the appropriate party, or send messages.
Provides clerical support to the department, which may include, but is not limited to typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparation of outgoing mail.
Sorts incoming mail for the department(s).
Performs other duties as required.
