Title: Office Director

Overview of Role
The Office Director provides strategic leadership and oversees all office operations, delivering cost management, building surveying, project management, and advisory services across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service that aligns with and advances client objectives.
The Office Director proactively identifies opportunities to add value throughout the project lifecycle, applying sound judgment and expertise to enhance outcomes. By leveraging a deep understanding of client needs and project dynamics, the Director helps drive successful delivery and ensures projects achieve desired results in terms of scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
