Office Coordinator - Primary Care - (26154150)

Description

Every day, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service and support to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries. • Coordinate with healthcare providers to prepare patient charts, update medical records, and ensure accurate billing. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, including demographics, medical history, and insurance coverage. • Process patient payments, handle billing inquiries, and resolve any issues related to patient accounts. • Provide administrative support to the office team, including preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
