Office Coordinator

Our client, a property management firm, is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to become a vital part of their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily operations within a close-knit environment, overseeing property-related documentation and communications. Compensation: $20-$25/hr*

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update various spreadsheets related to tenant payments, issues, lease deadlines, and inspections
  • Facilitate effective communication with tenants via email and phone calls
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for property documents and reports
  • Assist in processing invoices, tenant payments, and insurance certificates
  • Support overall office functions to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Collaborate with team members, demonstrating reliability, organization, and attention to detail

Requirements:
  • Proven experience with spreadsheet management and data entry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (basic formulas and data handling)
