Job Title: Office Coordinator

Position Overview
The Office Coordinator supports the daily administrative operations of the Bulk Operations Plant, serving as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and plant personnel. This role ensures efficient coordination of office services, order processing, billing, and inventory tracking while delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and order processing
Answer incoming calls, process orders, and manage customer billing activities
Provide timely and accurate support to customers and internal teams
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for management and regulatory agencies
Maintain accurate records related to inventory, orders, personnel, and maintenance
Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
Billing, Reconciliation & Financial Tracking
Process billing transactions and compute balances, totals, and related figures
Reconcile deposits, credit cards, and banking transactions; maintain accurate journals
Manage all point-of-sale (POS) transactions
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of plant supplies as needed
Support shipping, receiving, and distribution activities
Review production and shipping records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with plant personnel and leadership to resolve operational issues
Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and service standards
Maintain office organization, equipment, and overall workspace functionality
Identify process improvements and provide recommendations to management

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Perform light administrative tasks in a non-strenuous environment
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
