What we are looking for:
- Appropriate education and experience requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA
- Demonstrated knowledge of business management
- Quick Books experience preferred
- Comfortable with Google suite.
What you will be doing:
- Intake support (calls, documentation, onboarding clients)
- Scheduling caregivers (backup + overflow)
- Billing/invoicing support/QBO data entry/Posting payments
- Payroll prep assistance
- General admin (compliance docs, filing, follow-ups
- Key requirement:
Must be able to fully back up office manager within 3–6 months
