Burnett is currently partnering with a global leader in onsite office support. Currently, one of their large legal clients have an Office Concierge opening. This role is 100% onsite at a Downtown Houston firm. The role is full-time hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Their ideal candidate will have worked in a concierge level support role in boutique hospitality/high end dining/high end retail/country or private club, as they understand the "white glove support" and top communication skills required for their legal clients.
The Office Concierge Responsibilities:
- Greet employees, clients, and visitors with "white glove" professionalism
- Manage in person arrivals with professionalism and polish
- Escort guests to conference rooms
- Anticipate needs and provide proactive service
- Support event setup and breakdown
- Ensure conference rooms are guest ready
- Coordinate select events with the site lead
Job Qualifications:
- High end hospitality/retail/country club/etc setting
- Strong in person and written communication
- Professional presentation, demeanor, and presence
- Ability to balance front desk coverage, guest experience and event support
- Comfort working with basic computer systems and scheduling tools
- Calm, poised service delivery in a professional environment
- Leadership exposure or senior hospitality roles
- Experience supporting executives, VIP clients, or members
Location/Hours/Salary/etc:
- Position is located Downtown Houston (77002 zip)
- Parking is NOT provided but can be found easily.
- Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Role is Temp-to-Hire
- 3 Month Temp-to-Hire conversion
- Starting Pay is $17-$18/hr, DOE (FIRM)
- Once hired perm, there is a raise and full benefits.
