Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk/Social Media Assistant to join our team! As an Office Clerk/Social media Assistant , you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions as well as assist in management of social media pages.. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, faxing documents, and mailing information out to customers, as needed. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills with a background and interest in social media/marketing.
 
Responsibilities 

• Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
• Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
• Sort mail and distribute it to the appropriate places
• Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
• Maintain social media accounts

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
• Eperience and interest in posting on social media platforms
• Eperience with Loomly and video editing
