Dress Code: Business Casual: Khaki pants, collared shirts, black sneakers are okay. NO jeans, flashy sneakers, or logos/graphics.

Responsibilities:
Candidate must be a self-starter, have the ability to multitask, make adjustments as the need dictates, focus on the task at hand and prioritize by urgency of the customer’s needs. Mailroom and Copy / Print center experience required.
Candidate must be flexible with hours, and available between the hours of 7: 00 am - 6: 00 pm M-F.
Parking is the responsibility of the candidate;most people use public transit.
Candidate must have strong communications skills, both written and orally, Experience preferred in providing support to Records Management, Mailroom Services, Reception and general office support. Candidate will serve as point of contact for direct daily interaction with customers and Key contact. Candidate must be a self-starter, have the ability to multitask, make adjustments as the need dictates, focus on the task at hand and prioritize by urgency of the customer’s needs. Candidate must be flexible and have strong Excel, Word and use of Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 office suite. Also, attention to detail and any mailroom experience.
