Office Clerk
Location: Albion, NY 14411
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00/hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to support administrative operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Support office operations including document management and reporting
- Assist with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Learn and navigate HRIS or internal data systems
- Complete assignments efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior office/clerical experience preferred
