Office Clerk

Location: Albion, NY 14411
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00/hour
Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to support administrative operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
  • Support office operations including document management and reporting
  • Assist with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Learn and navigate HRIS or internal data systems
  • Complete assignments efficiently in a deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior office/clerical experience preferred
