Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
- Support day-to-day mailroom operations to ensure timely, accurate handling and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Receive, sort, scan, and deliver mail and shipments to the appropriate departments and employees across the office
- Prepare outgoing mail by weighing, labeling, and processing shipments using postage and mailing equipment
- Track and maintain accurate records of mail activity, delivery timelines, and address updates to support operational accuracy
- Monitor and replenish postage, materials, and mailroom supplies to ensure uninterrupted workflow
- Operate and maintain mailroom and office equipment, including postage meters, copiers, and inserting machines
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance in all mailroom processes
- Identify and implement simple workflow improvements to increase efficiency and organization in daily operations
- Support a clean, organized, and high-functioning mailroom environment that enables broader team productivity
Qualifications:
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a mailroom, office operations, or administrative support environment preferred but not required
- Strong ability to manage high volumes of mail and tasks with speed and accuracy
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision, organization, and consistency in repetitive processes
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Clear communication skills and a reliable, service-focused approach when supporting internal teams
- Comfortable working in mailroom and basic office equipment, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to stay organized and productive in a structured, fast-paced operational environment
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership over daily responsibilities
- Positive, dependable attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
Additional Information:
Compensation:
Salary range: $45,000 – $52,000 per year
