Our client located in Nashville, TN is in need of some seasonal help through September. This is an Office Clerk position helping with service calls and dispatching technicians, in office from 9-4 Monday through Friday.

Office Clerk Role:
The Office Clerk will support daily office operations by handling customer communication, dispatching service technicians, entering service information into company systems, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
Scheduling and dispatching technicians for service calls
Entering service and customer information into QuickBooks and ServiceTrade
Maintaining organized records and documentation
Assisting with invoicing, collections follow-up, and billing support
Supporting office operations including mail, filing, and inventory coordination
Communicating with technicians, customers, and internal staff throughout the day
Office Clerk Background Profile:
Previous experience in dispatching or customer service in a similar type role
Experience working in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, construction, or other service-based industries preferred
Comfortable handling high call volume and coordinating schedules
Strong data entry and computer skills
Experience with QuickBooks, ServiceTrade, or similar service management software preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
Reliable and detail-oriented with a team-focused attitude
