Hire Up Staffing is currently searching for an Office Assistant for our client in Visalia. This position requires strong data entry skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced yet casual office environment.
Schedule:
This position will start part-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM 12:30 PM for the first few weeks, then transition to full-time hours from 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Answer a heavy volume of phone calls
Perform high-volume data entry
Communicate effectively with drivers
Assist with basic office duties
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Extremely high level of data entry accuracy and speed
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
Entry-level position: $17.00 per hour
