Hire Up Staffing is currently searching for an Office Assistant for our client in Visalia. This position requires strong data entry skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced yet casual office environment.

Schedule:
This position will start part-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM for the first few weeks, then transition to full-time hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer a heavy volume of phone calls

  • Perform high-volume data entry

  • Communicate effectively with drivers

  • Assist with basic office duties

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

  • Extremely high level of data entry accuracy and speed

  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

  • Entry-level position: $17.00 per hour
