Job Title: Office Assistant Location of Job Site: Tehachapi, Ca 93561Schedule: 3 to 5 days per week / 6 to 8 hours per day as needed.Part TimePay Rate: $18ph Job Duties: - Maintain filing systems, records, and office documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventories.
- Answer direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Experience: - Preferred 1 year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with data entry, document management, and recordkeeping.
- Experience scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing office correspondence.
- Experience with CANVA Creator Program but will train.
