Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update large volumes of historical business data.
• Utilize QuickBooks to restore and maintain financial and operational records.
• Input, verify, and reconcile information to ensure data accuracy.
• Organize electronic and paper records as needed.
• Assist with general administrative and office support duties.
• Work closely with management to prioritize and complete data restoration efforts.
