Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people? We are looking for a Bid Coordinator / Office Assistant to support our client's estimating and project teams. This role is essential in helping coordinate subcontractor bids and keeping projects organized from the early planning stages.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the construction industry while building valuable administrative and project coordination skills.
What You ll Do
Make outbound calls to subcontractors to request bid participation for upcoming construction projects
Maintain and update bid tracking spreadsheets and subcontractor contact lists
Assist the estimating team by collecting, organizing, and documenting bid responses
Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track project information and bid results
Communicate professionally with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members
Assist with general office and clerical duties as needed
Support coordination and organization of project bid documents
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups with subcontractors
Qualifications
2+ years of clerical or office experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable making outbound phone calls
Experience using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Professional, dependable, and motivated to learn
