We're looking for an Office Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time, hourly position. Occasional Saturdays when needed

What You'll Do

• Assist management with daily scheduling and dispatch of movers and drivers
• Provide excellent customer service on the phone and via email
• Input and maintain accurate information in company systems
• Help prepare documents such as proposals, letters, and move-related paperwork
• Support social media and online reputation management efforts
• Ensure the office and customer display areas are clean, organized, and professional
• Perform general administrative tasks and all other duties as assigned

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under time constraints
• Detail-oriented with solid computer skills
• Able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
