We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Office Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative tasks at our Highland, IN location.

  • Assist with inventory processing, reconciliation, dealer trades, wholesale transactions, deal cancellations, and dealer reserve processing.
  • Provide backup support for accounting staff, handle journal entries, and generate reports.
  • Perform weekly inventory and We Owe cleanup, as well as monthly floor plan audits and special projects.

  • Qualifications:
  • Over 3 years of automotive dealership accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes, detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Details:
  • Full-Time role, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
