Seeking an Experienced Automotive Office Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative tasks in Highland, IN. Ideal for candidates with 3+ years of automotive dealership accounting experience who can quickly contribute.

Daily duties include

  • Inventory processing and reconciliation
  • Dealer trades
  • Wholesale transactions
  • Deal cancellations
  • Dealer reserve processing
  • Backup support for accounting staff
  • Journal entries and reports

Weekly/monthly duties involve

  • Inventory and We Owe cleanup
  • F&I product and contract receivables schedule cleanup
  • Floor plan audits
  • Special projects as assigned

Minimum qualifications include

  • Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and organizational skills

Job details:
Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
