Position - Office Assistant
Location - Greensboro, NC

Description - This is a long term opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing company in the area. You will work in an office environment to support the day to day business needs of the company. This includes answering phones and handling questions from customers, tracking orders and quotes, providing customer updates to internal departments, accounting tasks, and related functions. You will also greet customers who visit the facility in person from time to time. This company values work-life balance and the position is first shift with very consistent full time hours!
- Must have previous experience in a customer service, accounting, or administrative office-based role
- Previous experience working for a manufacturing or industrial company preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills required including Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work on-site required
