Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Fernandina Beach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while ensuring smooth daily office operations.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email communications
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar management
- Process basic financial transactions and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Operate standard office equipment including printers, copiers, and scanners
- Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects
- Prepare and format various business documents and reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
