About the Opportunity
The Senior Manager of Lead Generation will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition initiatives across multiple channels. This person will be responsible for improving lead quality, increasing conversion performance, and building scalable systems that support growth across a large multi-location business.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, analytics, and external agency partners, this individual will develop data-driven acquisition strategies while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency throughout the customer journey.


Responsibilities
Lead Generation Strategy
  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies across paid media, organic search, referrals, partnerships, local marketing initiatives, and emerging channels.
  • Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring accountability around performance, reporting, optimization, and ROI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align acquisition strategies with business priorities across multiple markets.
  • Establish scalable lead generation processes and best practices.
  • Maintain lead quality standards across all acquisition channels.
  • Prioritize channel investments based on performance metrics, business needs, and growth opportunities.
Analytics & Performance
  • Analyze acquisition performance across paid media, SEO, website traffic, CRM data, email marketing, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Validate reporting accuracy across marketing partners and internal systems.
  • Identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Present insights and executive-level reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy throughout the customer lifecycle.
Agency & Budget Management
  • Lead day-to-day management of external agencies and strategic marketing vendors.
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Evaluate marketing investments and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and return on investment.
  • Support the ongoing development of internal lead generation capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing channels and customer management systems.
  • Support lead nurturing initiatives that improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing technologies, and industry best practices.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience supporting a multi-location or multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing agencies or external marketing partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM platforms, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience interpreting marketing performance data and communicating recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of paid media, SEO, content marketing, local marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting performance.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with AI-enabled marketing optimization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress is a plus.
