Job Summary
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting staff, handling communications, scheduling, and supporting daily office activities while following company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or 1–2 years of office or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Physical Demands

Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Answer phones, emails, and direct inquiries
- Maintain office records and files
- Enter and update information in company databases
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Order and maintain office supplies
Office Operations
- Support daily office functions and staff needs
- Maintain organized and clean work areas
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new employees
- Handle confidential information professionally
Customer Service
- Greet visitors and provide general assistance
- Respond to employee and customer inquiries in a professional manner
Safety & Compliance
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Report safety concerns or incidents to management
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
