Job Requirements
Customer Service:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, text, and email in a courteous and professional manner.
Greet walk-in customers and provide assistance.
Administrative Support:
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Handling incoming and outgoing packages.
Documentation and Data Entry:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and work performed.
Update customer information and ensure data accuracy.
Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files and database records.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and service/installation departments.
Manage salesman's appointment calendars.
Quality Assurance:
Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm
Friday 11:30am-4pm
Saturday 9am-12pm (rotating approx. one Sat a month) after approx 6-9 months of training
