Summary: Looking for someone who is comfortable making decisions and who looks for ways to improve processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Entering A/P and handle basic office tasks to begin with.
  • Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in all work areas of the shop.
  • Able to be trained in handling HR tasks and responsibilities
Qualifications:
  • QuickBooks and Microsoft Office experience. You do not need to be QB certified, just working knowledge.
  • A basic understanding of accounting
  • Experience answering phones and working with customers
  • A willingness to assist the President and COO with various tasks

PayRange $19 - $22/hour
