Metro Heights Academy is an Area Learning Center (ALC) designed to help students achieve their educational and career goals in a nontraditional learning environment. We offer a comprehensive and rigorous high school curriculum delivered within a personalized, flexible, and nurturing environment. Position Information
This positon is an 8 hour/day position, scheduled to work 260 days per year. The starting hourly rate is $23.61 per hour. This position is fully benefit eligible, please click here to review the full contract and benefits offered.
Nature of Work
Incumbents are responsible for performing standard clerical and office support. Responsibilities may include: answering phones and directing calls; greeting visitors; sorting and distributing mail; and maintaining records and reports.

Physical Requirements
Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
