Front Desk / Medical Records Clerk (Temporary)

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk / Medical Records Clerk for a 3–6 month temporary assignment. This is a business casual, client-facing role supporting daily front office and medical records operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide front desk support

  • Answer phones and assist clients professionally

  • Help retrieve medical records and check record status

  • File documents and sort mail

  • Work in Outlook and an internal system (training provided)

Qualifications:

  • Hospital and medical record release experience preferred

  • Basic computer skills required

  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor

  • Organized and dependable with attention to detail
