Experienced Office Assistant – Thelen Auto Group

Thelen Auto Group is seeking an Office Assistant with dealership experience to join our team in a full-time, Monday–Friday position. We're looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented who with the desire to move into a management role.  Knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and post deals accurately in the DMS (e.g., DealerTrack)
  • Handle DMV paperwork, titles, trade payoffs, and floorplan reconciliations
  • Manage general ledger entries and cleaning schedules
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with all departments and support office staff as needed
