Office Administrator / Office Manager

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator/Manager to support daily office operations and ensure efficient communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to changing technology and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administrative functions and maintain organized filing systems
  • Communicate and coordinate with payroll and purchasing departments
  • Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
  • Assist with employee benefits administration
  • Support basic sales activities and product-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry within company systems
  • Utilize ERP systems such as E2 or JobBOSS
  • Provide excellent customer service and internal team support
  • Adapt quickly to new technology, software, and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Experience with E2 or JobBOSS software preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll coordination and purchasing processes
  • Understanding of employee benefits administration
  • Basic sales and product knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with filing, AR/AP, and general office management
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology systems
